Find a professional to help you.
There are great resources for students through executive level professionals.
Search previous podcast guests or conduct a LinkedIn search for someone who can help.
Shift your mindset into a more positive outlook on public health careers
Public health received a lot of attention this year, both positive and negative.
We individually have an opportunity to demonstrate the importance of public health.
Collaborate with peers and colleagues to gain strength if this feels too difficult to do alone.
Focus on what you can do, instead of your limitations.
